Is there any transport from Badong to the Badong railway station?

There is no direct bus from Badong to the railway station. The train station is located at Yesanguan Town, which is about 100 kilometers away from the Badong county. You can take bus from the county to Yesanguan Town first(80 minutes), and then change to another bus heading to the railway station(20 minutes).1

We are looking for a 4 day hike. so can we reach till some point say Wushan city and come back to Yichang ( by end of 4th day we should be in Yichang). what do you recommend?

Yes, there is hiking route to reach Wushan. From Wushan to Yichang, you can take bus from Wushan Cuiping Bus Terminal at 07:30, 08:50, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30 or 17:00. The bus ride takes around 3-4 hours and the fare is CNY132 per person.1
