application for china visa without invitation letter

I am from Nigeria i want to travel to China in search of a machine to open my own small scale business here in Nigeria and i do not have anybody to send me an invitation letter from China, what do i do to get my entry permit

If so, you can try to apply for the tourist L type entry permit. It seems that the invitation letter is not needed for this type, but it's possible that the consular officer may still ask for it.
