Start of 72 hours visa free transit

I am going to Bejiing on March 20, 2017, arriving at 2:45 pm in Bejijng, when is the 72 hours free transit start when I arrive in Bejiing ? And Mar. 23 is that my departure ?

Dear, the 72 hours start from 00:00 on March 21, so you should leave Beijing before 23:59 on March 23.
