How many 72 hour free permits in a month

Hello! I will be traveling to Asia for 3 weeks and was wondering if I can obtain more than one 72hour free permits within the 3 weeks. I was thinking of visiting Manila-Beijing-Tokyo-xian-siem reap-Manila. Would that be possible or would I have to apply for a Chinese visa? Thank you
