About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

ENTRY TO SHANGHAI

Hello,
I have my China VISA expired and gotta go to Shanghai for 5 days in mid October. Don't have time to remake it as I am travelling. I am Italian. Will fly into Shanghai and out form Shanghai to Hong Kong.
Is it sure that I can fly to Shanghai without the entry permit and get the entry pass once arrive there?

Ugo, if you travel like Italy-Shanghai-HK, you can enjoy the 144 hour visa-free transit in Shanghai. In this case, you don’t need to apply for a visa for your trip. You can get the free transit after arrival.
