When was the stats for Top 20 China Destinations for Overseas Tourists being updated?

I want to know Chengdu's position as a travel destination in China as a whole for my research paper... something with source and reliability

According to the statistics published on the website of CN National Tourism Bureau, there are 26 million inbound tourists of the whole country in 2015 and the number of visitors in Chengdu covers 8.8% of the whole number.
