High speed train Shangri-la to Kunming

Has this line been opened yet and if so how long does it take? Cost single ticket? Thanking you

There is no train between Shangri-la and Kunming. If you want to go by train, you may take bus to Lijiang or Dali first, and then take train to Kunming. The train from Lijiang takes around 8-10 hours and the train from Dali takes around 6-8 hours. Or you may take bus or flight for transport directly.
