About:China Transit Visa

Im iraqi passport holder, I will be traveling from kuala lumpur to pyongyang,

with 12 hours transit in beijing airport, am I eligible for 24 hour visa free transit, so i can change my airlines from air asia to air koryo in beijing airport.
