I would like to know the difference between the first and second class and the hard seat tickets.

first class seats have 4 seats in each row and better seats than second class seat. Second class seats have 5 seats in each row. The hard seats are totally different, 5 seats in each row and every two rows face each other. Hard seat is set up on normal rides, first and second class seat are set up on high speed rides.
