Whats the best transport from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport to China Academy of Art (Nanshang)?

Take shuttle bus Pinghai Road Line from HGH to the teminus: Grand Metropark Hotel. It takes about 70 minutes, and the fare is CNY 20. Then, take a taxi to it for CNY 11.
