Portable charger / lithium-ion batteries

Hi, does the portable charger strictly refer to powerbank or including rechargeable lithium-ion batteries?
I planned to bring along my DSLR (2 batteries+charger), 1 basic digital camera (1 battery+charger), 2 mobile phones (+chargers) o Beijing. All batteries can be detached from the devices. Are these allowed or has exceeded the limit of chargers carry-on-board? Thanks.

The portable charger should refer to the powerbank. As I know, there is no limit of taking normal chargers. But I'm afraid you are taking too many batteries. I heard that one is only allowed to take 2 batteries at most.

It means 2 standby batteries, excluding the built-in batteries in some electronical devices. Extra batteries are not allowed to be delivered.
