About:China Visa on Arrival

Malaysian expat in hong kong to Shenzhen

I am a Malaysian expat with a working visa in Hong Kong. Do I need entry permit to Shenzhen before hand or I can use the working entry permit and apply for VOA upon entering Shenzhen?

Lim, it is possible for you to apply for a VOA in Shenzhen. HK work entry permit cannot be used for the application for VOA.
