voa for indonesian going to shenzhen

Hi thereI am planning to visit shenzhen with my family on October 2016 and as per latest update it's said that no more VOA service for Indonesian going to Shenzhen (though some source said it is until 15 September only - but I have not got any update on this one). Can you please advice for the latest condition about the VOA for Indonesian?Many thanks.Yulia

Yulia, according to what I heard before, the VOA is very difficult to get before because of the G20 summit. After the summit, I have never heard of any news about the VOA. Maybe you can get the VOA. But if you are still worried, you’d better apply for an entry permit beforehand.

Hi Yulia, i tried before on 6th of Sept at the border in Lohu. For Indonesia passport are not available for VOA due to the new regulation from China immigration, which I've been told to going back to hongkong and apply for Visa. This is the small note about Hongkong Ministery of Foreign Affairs I got from  China immigration officer. Address 7th Flr Lower Block, 26th Harbour Rd, Wanchai, HK. Tel (852)34132424 (mon-fri, 9.00-12.00 and 14.00-17.00.I haven't tried to apply there because they need 3-4days for apply China visa and I was short of time for waiting the visa.Good luck to you.
