I will travel to Shanghai Zoo in mid nov. Want to visit the zoo to specifically see the pandas.

I was wondering if we are able to cuddle the small pandas and take photos.
What are the fees like? Does this zoo allow cuddling of pandas?
I plan on visiting on 25th, Nov. If the zoo doesn't allow cuddling of pandas, where can I go?
