About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

I want to take Sweets Biscuts, dried fruit and nuts, energy bars..protien cereal..

Must i put in in Check lugauge or hand luguage?

You can either put them in check luggage or carry-on bags. It doesn't matter.
