About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

what forms do I need to renew my Chinese passport? and where do I download them?

My Chinese passport will be expired in Jan. 2017. Other then new passport photo what do I need to renew my passport?

You can find the passport renewal application form at the official website of the consulate general of PRC.
Aside from the photo, you also need to provide your passport, the application form, your valid visa for US, and your peraonl statement.
