Planning to go to Harbin on 5 Dec, may i know whether it is possible to see the ice festival?

We are interested to see the ice festival, is it open for public early December?

The Ice Festival normally opens for public in early January and lasts around one month. You may see ice in early December but the festival is not available at that time.
