About:Urumqi Tianshan Airport

If I arrive Urumqi Airport at midnight, is it good idea to take taxi to the hotel in the city?

Is it safe at night time?

Yes, you can still find several official cabs outside the airport. Generally speaking, you don't worry about the safety problem. An official can always have taximeter. You can confirm this before getting on the car. Good luck!
