im leaving from Tokyo  to hongkong connecting SHANGHAI.. do I qualify for the 144 hours free transit? ill return 3 days after.

Arnelyn, is your travel route Tokyo - Shanghai - HK? If yes, this route is fine. As long as you come from one of the 51 countries, you are eligible.
