applications that do not have to be related to the Macao Immigration Department)And applications that have to be related to the Macao Immigration DepartmentHow can i understand it is related or not?

If you submit your application to the embassy of PRC and the application is processed by the embassy of PRC, it will be not related to the immigration department. But if the application is transferred to Macau immigration department, it is related to that.
