How is the weather in September in Shanghai/Suzhou/Hangzhou and Guilin. I mean between Sep 20 and Sep 30?

It is cool in most of the above places in September and October according to last year's weather condition. It might be rainy often then. The average temperature in Shanghai and nearby places in Sep is about 65-70 °F, about 70-80 °F in Guilin. You are suggested to check the weather forecast beforehand and prepare the proper clothes according to the weather condition.
