About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Are details of previous visas essential?

The application form asks for details of previous Chinese entry permits including photocopies of passport data page and entry permit(s). My last visit to PRC was 12 years ago and I no longer have my expired passport(s). What should I do?

Based on what I know, the previous entry permit may be needed for a reference when you make a new application. If you cannot find it, you can tell your situation to the consular officers honestly and I don’t think it will be a big problem.
