Hi my bday is 28.10.1979 still single just wondering if I ever get married ?

I like this guy he showed his interest at first. he is bday 27.03.1979. but he is not in a position to have relationship at the moment but I know there is something. Im not sure what to do ? Will I meet someone or he is the one?
