job issues: I was born in 15 march 1992 6-6.30 in morning in hongkong, but I live in UK now.

I have stayed in my job for 3 years now but i have been tryin to change for another job since I started. Now I have made friends in here n find it hard to decide. Is 2016 good year for me to change job ?

Sima, if there is chance to change the job, you are suggested to take the chance. It is predicted to be good for your career development.
