Are the buses to Fenghuang going from Huaihua West Bus Station frequent?

Do you know at what time is the earliest one? thanks!

Well yes, buses for the journey are scheduled from 06:40 to 17:40 every 30-50min at the West Bus Station. Obviously, the first bus leaves at 06:40. The bus fare is CNY39 and it takes almost two hours.

Do you mean the bus schedule from Fenghuang to HH West Bus Station?
If yes, you can take a coach from Fenghuang General Passenger Transport Station on North Phoenix Road. The schedules are from 08:00 to 18:00 with the frequency of around an hour.
