I'm afraid no direct bus is available. You have to get back to Kunming for a transfer. You can take a train or bus from Jianshui to Kunming. To Shilin, you can take a train to Shilin Station and transfer to a shuttle bus to the scenic area. Alternatively, at the East Bus Station, there are direct tourist buses to the scenic area.
