Hi, dear! Jimo Road Small Commodity Market and Taitung Market are two different places. To the former, you can take bus line 642 from Nan Tuan Dong Station to Liu Ting Station. Then, change to bus line 305 to Shi Li Yi Yuan Station. Walk west for about 200 yards to it.

To the latter, you can take bus line 103 from Nan Tuan Dong Station to Li Jia An Station. Then, switch to bus line 372 to Tai Dong Station. ;)
