About:China Transit Visa

I am traveling to Hongkong and want to visit great wall of china

Hello,
I am traveling to hongkong n want to visit Great wall of china so want to travel bejing for 1 day n want to return on the same day back to hong kong. Do i need to apply for visa?

Payel, since you will travel from HK to Beijing and then back to HK, this is not considered a valid transit route. So you need to get a tourist L type entry permit for Beijing trip in advance.
