About:China Business Visa

I havr Somali passport, and never being in China, is it possible to get business visa to China?

If yes, what are the steps to follow? What are the requiremnets?

Abdinasir, it is possible for you to get it. The first step is to provide the required materials including your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC. the next step is to submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. But according to the information from the embassy of PRC in Somali, visa application service is not provided currently. Maybe you can go to the nearby countries for a try.

What if the person do not have any company that will invite him or her..

If no company invites him or her, the person cannot apply for thie business type entry permit.
