About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm a Zimbabwean based in Uk but lm in hongkong now for a tour.

Can get a chinese visa for the 1st time (L)

Cyndi, you cave have a try, but I can't guarantee you will succeed because you don't have residence permit there.
