Is there any bus from the scenic area to Dali?

The first bus departs from East Bus Station at 8:00. The trip takes about 2 hours.I am afraid that there is no direct bus to Dali from the scenic area. You may take a bus to Kunming East Bus Station (about 2 hours). Then, take a taxi to West Bus Station for about CNY 50. Afterwards, take a bus to Dali (about 6 hours).
