About:China Visa Exemption

I am a pilot for FedEx with a crew visa, do I need a separate entry permit for a 5 day Beijing trip?

Usually, only when you perform duties on a cruise, you can use the crew entry permit. If you go to Beijing for a tourism purpose, you should apply for a tourist L type instead.
