can I take advantage on the 72 free visa if I fly from HGK-SHAangai for 3 days and back to HGK?

Edgar, if so, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Shanghai because you will fly back to HGK after visiting Shanghai, but in principle, you should fly to a third country or region.0
