Although Rat and Monkey is a very good match for marriage,I wouldn't advise you to tie the knot with this man for the fact that your year had Wood element while his birth year had Metal element. And metal cuts wood. Your only good match is that you are Aquarius and he is a Libra. And this year and next year are fire years, and if you two were to marry in one of these years, the marriage which is an entity, doesn't match with any of your elements Wood and Metal.
