I've 7 hours at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

I'd like to get gel nail manicure/pedicure and possibly a massage.
I don't mind if this is inside the airport or nearby but want them to have a reasonable level of English so I don't end up with any miss-understanding.
Are you able to advise of a few options please?
