About:China Customs Declaration

Hi can I bring a few bottles of vitamins and dietary pills for personal use?

I will stay one year and would like to take omega 3 pills, vitamin and some other vitamins.

Laura, you are allowed to take self-use amount of them. But if the total value is over CNY2,000, you should make a declaration when passing the customs.
