Visa for Portuguese working in Tokyo

I have a working visa in Japan and Id like to visit China for 3 days. Am I required to use an agency or can I apply for myself?

You can apply for it by yourself. There is no need to find an agency.

Thank you. For some reason they insisted I had to and even gave me a list of companies. Will give them a call tomorrow.
