train from Shangrila to Chengdu (or Xi'an)

Is there a ride from Shangrila to Xi'an? Do I need to go to Chengdu to reach Xi'an first?
How often are the rail service and how much? How long are the journeys? Thanks

As I know, there is no rail service in Shangrila, only bus or flight option.

There is a bus from Shangri La to Lijiang, you can then take the train from Lijiang to Xi'an. The bus ride is four hours and the train ride is two days
