How long is the train ride from Shangrila to Chengdu? When and how much?

1. From Shangrila to Chengdu, there is no train between thse two places. For your convenience, you are advised to take the direct flight to Chengdu Shuangliu Airport.
2. From Chengdu to Xian, there are only normal speed train. The train schedules are from 07:36 to 22:16. The trip takes around 10-13 hours. And the soft sleeper is CNY301, hard sleeper is CNY194 and hard Seat is CNY112.

My research has indicated 5-7 days to work from Shangri-La through Western Sichuan to Chengdu by bus and van. Hoping to do it sometime.
