About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
if im flynig JFK-PEK-SHA and PVG-TPE-MNL to qualify? PEK is only transit

Motti, according to the route you gave, you will stop over Beijing and Shanghai both, so I'm afraid you can't enjoy the 144-hour free transit.2
