Question

I have enrolled to university in China and should register at university till september 14. In order to exit from Uzbekistan I need an extra sticker(OVIR) in my passport. Now, I am waiting for this sticker. However, I need to apply for visa of PRC. Othervise I will not register at university on time. My question is that, Should I apply for Chinese student X type without this sticker(OVIR)?

Doston, based on my understanding, even though the embassy does not mention it, you need to get this sticker first and then appply for the student X type entry permit. You can call the embassy to confirm this.
