About:China Postal Service

Stuck at Guangzhou airport: parcel no. RS071768581CN

My parcel seems to keep bouncing back from Guangzhou, onto another airport, back to Guangzhou and so on. It's done this at least 3 times. Why is this happening?

Maxine, your parcel has been dispatched from Guangzhou on Aug 8. It must be delivered to the final destination right now. No worry!

Oh, date mistake. Your parcel left Guangzhou on the date of Aug 28. It should take 30~45 days to reach your place.
