bus schedule info on lanzhou to dunhuang in october.

I remember only two buses are available for the route and they are scheduled at 18:30 and 20:00. The duration can be 17 hours or so. Go to Lanzhou Passenger Transport Center and you can take it.

Personally, train and flight can be better choices. The former takes about 13 hours and you can have a sleeper. The latter takes less than 2h, which suits you well if you are pressed for time.

thanks for your response, yes it would be great with air/train, i am coming in from Shanghai no matter how i try, i keep on missing both the air/train option by one day(and train are
all full because of the oct. 1 celebration); again thanks for your response as i will go to that transport center that you suggested;
