Cloe, there is no any limit for number of entries per week/month to enjoy the 72h Visa-Free Transit. If you fly like this: Switzerland-Beijing (72 hours)-HK-Shanghai (72 hours)-Switzerland (or another country or region rather than HK), you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in both Beijing and Shanghai.
