If your family have residence permit in PRC, you can apply for an S1 type which will allow you to get a residence permit in PRC and the residence permit can allow you to enter/exit PRC for multiples times within its validity. You can renew the residence permit if you want to stay longer.
Or you can apply for a 10-year multiple-entry Q2 type. You need to prepare those documents first: your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your family, and copies of passport and residence permit of the one who send you the invitation letter, as well as your relationship certificate.
