About:China Tourist Visa

I have a multi-entry TOURIST Chinese Visa valid for 10 years.

I am planning a business trip for a couple days to Hangzhou area. Do I need to get ANOTHER/BUSINESS M type?

You don’t need to apply for a business M type for that. You can use the tourist L type to do the business trip.

After you get the L type, you can just bring your passport and L type to go there. No other special documents are needed.
