When is the most auspicious day to transfer office and assume a new position in the office?

Our new table of organization is likely to come out on Sept 1, 2016 effective on the same day. I am a female rooster dob 11/11/69. My direct reports are two (2) male dogs (born on '82) and 1 female pig (born on '83). My boss is a female ox (born on '61).
