About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I have US passport and Chinese visa. is there a problem traveling from Shenzhen to HK and back?

I plan to fly into Shenzhen and stay in a hotel in Shenzhen for six days; and travel to and back from HK several times. I will then depart form Shenzhen on day 6 and go to HK to board a cruise liner. Is there a problem at crossing from Shenzhen to HK and back?

John, if you have multiple entries for PRC, you can enter Shenzhen for several times. As for HK, you can enjoy free entry to go there, but the time gap between your entry and exit shouldn’t be too short. So if possible, you are not advised to travel back and forth frequently. Otherwise, you may be questioned at the border and your entry request may be denied.
