Can I walk from Shanghai Theme Park Wassim Hotel to Nanjing Road and The Bund?

No, it would be a long distance for walk. From your hotel, you are advised to take a taxi to Chuansha Metro Station first. Then take metro line 2 to get to East Nanjing Road Station, Exit 4.
