Hi, I'm Iranian, I studied in China for 5 years and my wife is Chinese,

after many times that I went to the police station in Hankou Wuhan I was told they can not change X type to Q type. Then I decided to go to Malaysia for visa but they said without having a long term Malaysian entry permit we can't grant any type and I have to come back to my own country to apply for it! But the problem is if I come back to my country I have to go to the military service for almost 2.5 years. So would you please tell me wich country I can apply for a Chinese entry permit. Currently I'm in Malaysia with my wife.
Or does anyone know is it possible to apply in Turkey or Armenia.
By the way I also have an admission and JW202 form for Chinese language.
